Personal Training Services from Fort Collins Physical Therapy and Sports Center
We offer personal training services as part of a rehabilitation and whole-body wellness plan for our patients. Personal trainers are able to assess a person’s physical strengths and weaknesses to develop a fitness program that will make improvements to the person’s overall health, as well as help with rehab. For your convenience, we have a complete on-site workout facility or we can work with you at the gym of your choice.
Our personal trainer, Tahir Minullin, is an AAAI/ISMA Certified Personal Trainer whose specialties include strength training and sport-specific training for injury rehabilitation and prevention.
